period, none turned up on behalf of learned counsel for the

petitioner. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State is

present. This case appears dismissed for non-prosecution

earlier also by order dated 26.06.2008. Anyhow, it has been

restored but again similar affairs is going on.

Considering the above circumstance, let this

application be dismissed for non-prosecution.
