Having
considered the submission advanced by Mr.R. C. Kodekar, learned APP
for the applicant – State of Gujarat and on perusal of the
impugned judgment and order dated 18.08.2010 rendered in Special
(Atrocity) Case No.10 of 2010 by the learned Special Judge
(Atrocity), Amreli, acquitting the respondents – accused of the
offences under Sections 504, 323, 506(2) r/w. Section 114 of the
Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled
Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989,
according to us, this is a fit case to grant leave to file appeal.
Hence leave to file appeal is granted.
This
application stands disposed of accordingly.
