this court for grant of bail vide Cr.Misc.No.21129 of 2010, which was

listed at Sl.No.119 on 25.6.2010 in the court of Hon’ble Mr.Justice

Navin Sinha.

In the circumstances, let this case go out of my list to be

listed before appropriate bench after obtaining necessary permission

from the Hon’ble the Chief Justice.
