This is an appeal filed against the judgment and

decree in LAR.201/1994 on the file of the II Additional Sub

Court, Thiruvananthapuram. It is submitted that the

relied on judgment LAR.158/94 has become final.

Therefore there is no merit in this appeal and the same is

dismissed.
