3, Madhepura, in Sessions Trial No. 164 of 2008 by order

dated 9.8.2011 which is valid up to 9.9.2011 is hereby

confirmed.

As regards the sentence of fine imposed upon

the appellants, realisation thereof shall remain stayed till

further orders.
