Shri Dharmendra Kumar learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset,
submitted that since the petitioner has been arrested, he does not want to press
this petition on merits. He further submits that a direction be issued for
considering the bail application of the petitioner, if so moved, at an early date.
Accordingly, we dispose of this petition with direction that if the petitioner,
who has already been arrested, moves a bail application the same shall be
considered and decided expeditiously by the courts below.
