Counsel for the appellants submits that the

appellants, who have been convicted under Sections 302/34

& 384 of the IPC, are not the assailants of the deceased.

Considering this fact, prayer for bail on behalf of

appellants, namely, Md. Naushad, Md. Bachchu and Md.

Vicky is allowed. During the pendency of this appeal, they

are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like

amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge,

Muzaffarpur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 221 of

2009/ S.Tr. No. 362 of 2009.
