Heard Mohd. S.M. Quazim, learned counsel for the appellant and perused the
record.

In the present appeal, the sole appellant had died on 29.03.2005, as such
substitution application has been moved to bring the legal heirs of the
deceased on record, the same is within time.

Accordingly, substitution application is allowed.

Learned counsel for the appellant-applicant is granted a week’s time to bring
newly added appellants on record.
