02/ 28.10.2010 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to

add Gopal Mishra and Mithilesh Mishra, sons of Late Anant Kumar

Mishra, resident of village Deshawar, P.O. Karhariya, P.S. Bath in the

district of Bhagalpur, as respondent nos.9 and 10.

The prayer is allowed. Let the said persons be added as

respondent nos.9 and 10 in course of the day.

Issue notices to respondent nos.8, 9 and 10 under

ordinary process as well as under registered cover with A/D for which

Talbana, requisites etc. must be filed by the petitioner within one

week, failing which this writ petition as against them shall stand

dismissed without further reference to a Bench.

Put up this case under the same heading immediately

after receipt of service report.
