15/ 20.01.2011 In compliance of order dated 10.11.2010 steps for

substituted service of notice upon Opposite Party nos. 2, 3,

5, 12, 13 and 14 were taken by the petitioner and notice was

published in Hindi newspaper “Aaj”. Accordingly, service

of notice upon Opposite Party nos. 2, 3, 5, 12, 13 and 14 is

accepted to be valid and Office may proceed further.
