Learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions states that
SLP has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 29.01.2009.
The order dated 29.01.2009 permits the opposite parties to proceed afresh and
hold enquiry in accordance with law.

Preferring of SLP, in the opinion of the Court, is sheer abuse of the process
of court and misuse of the process of law.

Let Director of Agriculture, Uttar Pradesh, Agriculture Directorate, Krishi
Bhawan, Lucknow be appear before this Court on 08.01.2010.
