Heard learned counsel for the applicants, Sri K.N. Bajpai, learned AGA
and perused the record.
The present application has been filed for quashing the impugned
Criminal Complaint Case No. 734 of 2009, Smt. Mamta Devi versus
Jagmohan Singh and others, under Sections 323,452,504, 506 and 392 IPC,
P.S. Saurikh District Kannauj whereby the applicants have been summoned
vide order dated 4.11.2009 and for stay of the further proceedings in the
aforesaid case.
Learned counsel for the applicants does not dispute the fact that the
revision lies against the impugned order before the Revisional Court.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is, therefore,
dismissed on the ground of availability of alternative remedy.
Learned counsel for the applicants states that he may be given certified
copy of the impugned order appended with this application. This can not be
done as the High Court is a court of record. However, learned counsel may
apply to the High Court in accordance with law for providing certified copy of
the impugned order.
