The appeal wil be heard and the stay of order impugned passed by the learned
Special Judge SC/ST Act/Additional District Judge, Bulandshahr in LAR No.
59 of 1987 dated 20.4.2009 will be operative subject to deposit of 50%
awarded amount by the appellants within a period of one month. If the said
amount is deposited then the further execution of the award shall remain
stayed. Earlier amount deposited by the appellants shall be adjusted toward
the said deposit.
