Since it is a case of injury and I am not inclined to interfere to quash the
prosecution of S.T. No. 02 of 2010, under Section 395 I.P.C., P.S. Jaspura,
District Banda and the summoning order dated 25.03.2010 passed in the
aforesaid session trial.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
