Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is allowed a month’s time
to file the counter affidavit. The petitioner shall have one month
thereafter to file the rejoinder affidavit.

List this case thereafter.

In the meantime the demand pursuant to the order passed under
Section 47A shall remain stayed provided the petitioner deposits
50% of the amount demanded in cash and for remaining furnishes
security other than cash or bank guarantee to the satisfaction of the
authority concerned, within a period of one month from today.
