Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
By this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing the impugned
order dated 4.12.2009 by which the petitioner’s fair price agreement has been
cancelled. Against the order impugned passed by the District Supply
Officer,Hathras, the petitioner has statutory remedy to file an appeal. The writ
petition can not be entertained. The learned counsel for the petitioner states
that appeal shall be filed within one month from today. We, however, observe
that till the stay application in appeal is considered, no third party right be
created.

With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of
