                           JUDGMENT

Kurian Joseph,J.

Petitioner approached this court complaining of

police harassment. Learned Government Pleader, on

instruction, submits that the petitioner is an accused in Crime

No.1748/2009 on the file of the Ernakulam Town North Police

Station. It is also submitted that apart from the lawful

investigation conducted by the Police, there is no harassment.

Petitioner submits that he is prepared to co-operate with the

investigation as and when he is issued any notice.

The above submissions are recorded and the writ

petition is disposed of.
