Learned counsel for the petitioners states that in view

of the reply filed by Ajaib Singh, SHO, PS Ratia on behalf of

respondents No.1, 2 & 4 wherein the said respondents has

mentioned that they are duty bound to protect life and liberty of

every citizen when it apprehends that the life and liberty of such

citizen are at stake.

This petition is dismissed as has been rendered

infructuous.
