Pius.C.Kuriakose, J.

This appeal pertains to acquisition of land in Panakkad village

for the widening of Vattoli Bazar – Kinalur road leading to Kinalur

Industrial Growth Centre. It is noticed that enhancement at the rates

granted under the impugned judgment has been approved by this court.

In fact this court has granted more enhancement on considering cross

objections filed by the claimants. The appeal will stand dismissed. No

costs.
