appears that there is only part compliance of the order dated

10.10.2002 and no payment has been made to the petitioners as

directed in the aforesaid order.

The State counsel is directed to file further show cause

in the matter.

In the meantime, State would take steps to comply with

order wherein payment has also been directed to be made to the

petitioner.

List this case on 30.11.2010 retaining its position.
