Census Operations, Uttar Pradesh, Lekhraj Market-III, Indira
Nagar, Lucknow and Rigziyan Saimphil, District Magistrate,
Bahraich as opposite parties 4 and 5 respectively.
Let necessary amendment be incorporated within a week.
Thereafter, the office shall issue notices to the newly impleaded
opposite parties.
