The
petitioner who filed the writ petition in public interest is stated
to have died during pendency of the case. In other similar petition
preferred by the petitioner, the petition for substitution has been
filed.

As,
prima facie, it appears that public interest is involved in the case,
we are inclined to proceed with the case. We further order to list
this case alongwith Special Civil Application No. 7690 of 2010 which
is likely to be listed on 30th September, 2010.
