1.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents
no. 2 & 3 states that these respondents will deposit a
draft of Rs.50,000/- today in the High Court Registry.
This draft may be accepted by the Registry. The learned
counsel states that further amount will be deposited in
due course. We, therefore, grant further time to the
respondent no. 2 and its partners to comply with the
directions earlier given upto 3rd August, 2001.
