In
this matter the Hon’ble Court (Coram : The Hon’ble Mr. S.R.
Brahmbhatt J.) have rejected the Civil Application No. 6366
of 2007 and condonation of delay. Hence, the office has made
submission that in view of the order passed by the Hon’ble Court in
CRA No. 216 of 2006 is not maintainable and does not survive. The
matter is not in conformity with the requirement of law, the
registry may refuse the registration in view of the above. Permission
of refusal of registration in CRA No. 216 of 2006 is hereby refused.
