heard the learned A.P.P. for the State.

In the light of the observations made

by the court and the liberty granted to the

petitioner by this Court while passing order

dated 23.03.2010, during the pendency of this

appeal, let the above named appellant be

released from custody on furnishing bond of

Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties

of the like amount each to the satisfaction

of Sessions Judge, Darbhanga in Sessions

Trial No.317 of 2008 arising out of Kamtaul

P.S.Case No.19 of 2008, G.R.Case No.268 of

2008.
