petitioner and Sri Yaswant Kumar Chaman, learned A.C. to

Standing Counsel no.25 appearing on behalf of Respondent nos. 1

to 7 /State.

The writ petition was filed in the year 2006 with a

prayer to direct the Respondents to make payment of all the retiral

dues. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that

during the pendency of the writ petition, all the retiral dues have

already been cleared. However, it is being claim that admissible

statutory interest has not been paid on the G.P.F. and other retiral

dues. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that

the writ petition may be disposed of granting liberty to the

petitioner that if some grievances still exist in respect of claim of

interest, he may file representation before the competent authority.

In view of the stand taken by the parties, there is no
2

need to keep the matter further pending.

The writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the

petitioner as indicated above.
