similar matter that is C.W.J.C. No.5649 of 2008 has been
heard by another Bench and orders have been reserved.
Any order in that case may have a bearing on the present
writ application.
At the request of the parties, list after two weeks
at the same position.
In the meantime, the Court directs the
respondents to file a proper and detailed counter affidavit
in answer to the averments made in the present writ
application, as the Court finds the counter affidavit filed to
be wholly inadequate.
