ORDER
The
present Civil Application is filed by the appellant insurance
company for the following relief:
5(a) Your
Lordships may be pleased to pass an order for substituting service
through daily newspaper circulating sic. ‘having wide
circulation’ in that area under Order V Rule 20 of the Code of Civil
Procedure, 1908.
For
the contents of the application and after hearing learned Advocate
Ms. Fojdar for Mr. Shalin N. Mehta, the application is allowed. The
applicant is permitted to serve through one Gujarati daily having
circulation in Rajkot and one Hindi daily having circulation in the
area where the opponents known to have resided. Notice to contain
that the hearing of the matter is fixed on 15th September
2010 before this Court.
