This writ petition was admitted on 11.5.2007. Process was

not paid. The same came up in the Defect list on 23.7.2008 on

which date the counsel for the petitioner was absent. Therefore, I

posted this writ petition for disposal today. Today also the

counsel is absent. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for

non-prosecution.
