Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing
Counsel.

This writ petition was filed for payment of salary which was not
being paid to the petitioner in spite of the fact that the petitioner
was working on the post of Lab Assistant and his appointment was
approved.

In pursuance of the order of this Court dated 15.4.1993 the
petitioner is getting salary. In my opinion nothing is to be decided
as the petitioner is being paid salary, therefore, this writ petition
may be treated to be disposed of accordingly.

No order as to costs.
