Heard learned counsel for the appellants.

In the appellants’ suit filed in the year 2007,
the injunction application was dismissed by the trial
court after observing that the property in question was
subjected to partition suit wherein the decree was
passed on 26.7.1976 and thereafter, the present suit
has been filed in the year 2007 claiming share in the
property.

The trial court found that there is no prima-facie
case in favour of the plaintiffs/appellants and
dismissed the injunction application.

After considering the facts of the case and the
reasons assigned by the learned trial court, I do not

find that the trial court has committed any illegality
in passing the impugned order.

In view of the above, this appeal, having no
merits, is hereby dismissed.

The trial court is requested to decide the suit
expeditiously as all the plaintiffs are ladies.
