ORAL
ORDER

Heard
learned advocate Ms.Lilu Bhaya for the applicant and learned advocate
Mr.J.L.Hajare for respondent No.1.

Learned
advocate Ms.Lilu Bhaya for the applicant Company does not press this
application. However, she has submitted that it may be clarified by
referring to the order passed by the Sessions Court that the order
granting bail would remain in force but it may be clarified that the
applicant Company is not compelled to accept the amount as reflected
in the operative part of the order.

It
is also clarified that it will not be insisted upon that the
applicant-Company should accept the amount by way of compounding of
the offence and it would not amount to disobedience or non-compliance
of the order passed by the Sessions Court. It is also clarified that
this is without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the
parties.

Learned
advocate Mr.Hajare shall also share the information with regard to
the supply of any such instrument, if any, as and when available
with the learned advocate.

The
present application stands disposed of as not pressed. Rule
discharged.

(Rajesh
H.Shukla, J.)

Sreeram.
