It appears to be essentially a dispute between private parties, and
moreover, the Corporation also seems to be espousing the cause of
one of the parties. Therefore, in order to resolve the dispute, we
direct the petitioner to deposit Rs.10,000/- with the Mediation and
Reconciliation Center, High Court, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow.
Parties shall appear before the Center on 20.07.2010. List the matter
with the report of Mediation & Reconciliation Center.
