It has been stated at the Bar that against the order dated 19.11.2009 passed in
this Contempt Application Special Appeal has been filed being Special
Appeal No.(1281) of 2009. In the said Appeal the operation of the order
dated 19.11.2009 has been stayed and the appeal is fixed for hearing on 12th
January, 2010.
