ORDER

Heard
the learned APP for the respondent. As per the order dated 26.6.2008,
the petitioner was at liberty to file fresh application within six
months from the date of the order. It is pertinent to note that
though he has his brother and wife in his family, nobody is willing
to stand as surety for the convict-prisoner and wife of the
co-accused Rameshbhai Narsinh, who is absconding since 27.2.2008, is
willing to remain as surety for the convict-prisoner. Taking into
consideration these facts, the furlough leave application is rightly
rejected by the IG (Prisons). Hence the order of the IG (Prisons)
does not call for any interference by this court. Hence
rejected.
