ORAL
ORDER

(Per
: HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE A.M.KAPADIA)

1. Mr.

Dipen Dave, learned advocate for the respondent alleged contemner
states that the matter is likely to be settled between the parties
and in this connection the petitioner – judgement debtor has
already deposited part of the decretal amount in the Small Causes
Court at Bombay and the remaining part of the decretal amount is
likely to be deposited by him in near future and therefore some more
time is required so that the petitioner-judgement debtor can deposit
the entire decretal amount. He, therefore, prays to adjourn the
matter.

2. He
also states that he had a telephonic talk with Mr. R.J. Oza, learned
advocate for the petitioner who has no objection if the matter is
adjourned.

3. Hence,
by consent the matter is adjourned to 15.12.2010.
