                                          ORDER

Shri Ram Saran, the appellant has filed this appeal dated 8.6.2010 before the
Commission against Delhi Police, West District, Delhi for providing incomplete information
to his RTI-request dated 25.1.2010, which came up for hearing on 28.04.2011. The
appellant was present in person, whereas the respondents were represented by Shri J.K.
Sharma, ACP and Shri Shiv Dutt Jaimini, S.I.

2. The appellant filed RTI-request dated 25.1.2010, seeking information on seven
RTI-queries pertaining to SHO, Rajouri Garden. The PIO vide letter No.20444/59/10/DA-II,
West District dated 26.2.2010 has given point-wise reply to the appellant.

3. Aggrieved by the decision of PIO on Point No. 4, 5 & 6, the appellant filed first-
appeal 8.3.2010 before FAA. The FAA vide order No. 37/10/265-266/Appeal/West Dust
dated 7.4.2010 has decided appellant’s first-appeal and upheld the decision of PIO.

4. During the hearing the appellant submitted that he is not satisfied with the reply on
Point Nos. 4, 5 & 6 to his RTI-request. Against Point No. 4, the appellant wants to know
entry/departure of the then SHO of PS Rajouri Garden on 28.9.2007. The respondents
submitted that they have provided information to the appellant as per records.

5. After hearing the parties and on perusal of the relevant documents on file, the
Commission observed that information pertaining to Point Nos. 5 and 6 has been provided
as per records by the respondents to the appellant. However, the PIO is directed to
provide the DD entry dated 28.9.2007 to the appellant on Point No.4, within two weeks of
the receipt of this order.

The matter is disposed of with the above directions/observations.
