It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that applicant no.1 is
daughter in law of O.P.No.2, the proceedings under section 498A I.P.C.etc.
are pending against O.P.No.2 and others, in its counter blast, the complaint of
the present case has been filed by O.P.No.2 against the applicants, the same
may be quashed.
Issue notice to O.P. No. 2 returnable within a period of four weeks.
In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants
and the learned A.G.A., further proceedings of Complaint Case No. 1370 of
2010 under sections 392, 323, 504 I.P.C., Police Station Husainganj, District
Fatehpur pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,Court
No.11, Fatehpur shall remain stayed till the next date of listing.
List after four weeks for orders.
