                                J U D G M E N T

Mr.P.Gopalakrishnan Nair, counsel for the petitioners submits

that the petitioners have already filed an application Ext.P11 seeking

review of Ext.P7 before the Government.

2. It is submitted by Mr.N.Nandakumara Menon, Standing

Counsel for the Corporation and Mr.K.J.Mohammed Anzar, Government

Pleader that the Government may not have power to allow Ext.P11.

But since Ext.P11 has been submitted to the Government and the

same is pending with the Government, I dispose of the Writ Petition

directing the Government to consider Ext.P11 in the light of the

various grounds raised therein and take a decision at the earliest and

at any rate within one month of receiving copy of this judgment Till

such time as the Government takes decision on Ext.P11, Ext.P12 will

be kept in abeyance. Once decision is taken, the petitioners will be

informed of the same. It is made clear that this Court has not

expressed any opinion on the powers of the Government to consider

and allow Ext.P11.
