        The Appellant was present in person.

This case was heard on 22 July 2010.

2. In this case, the Appellant had, in his application dated 6 August 2009, 

requested   the   CPIO  to   provide  a   number  of   information  regarding  his   own 

housing loan account. In his reply dated 5 September 2009, the CPIO provided 

a number of information. Not satisfied with the reply of the CPIO, the Appellant 

preferred an appeal on 10 August 2009. Once again, the CPIO wrote to him on 

25 August 2009 and offered more detailed information against all his queries. 

Nevertheless, the Appellant has come to the CIC in second appeal.

3. We heard this case through audio conferencing. Both the parties were 

CIC/SM/A/2009/001777
present in the Ahmedabad studio of the NIC. We heard their submissions. We 

noted that even though the CPIO and the Appellate Authority have provided 

some information, the queries of the Appellant remain largely unanswered. We, 

therefore, direct the CPIO to provide to the Appellant within 10 working days 

from the receipt  of  this order, the  photocopies  of the housing  loan  scheme 

under the Festival Bonanza and the relevant circulars/guidelines of the bank 

laying down the modality of payment of EMI such as on any particular day or 

anytime during the month.

4. With the above direction, the appeal is disposed off.

5. Copies of this order be given free of cost to the parties.
