This writ petition was filed for a direction upon the respondent-
Board to hold Chemistry Practical Examination for the petitioner,
since he was ill on 4th February, 2010 when the said Examination
was held.

It is stated that the respondents have held the Chemistry
Practical Examination for the petitioner. The petition has been
rendered infructuous. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
