learned advocate Mr. MB Gandhi on behalf of the petitioner, learned
AGP Ms. Sandhya Natani appearing for the respondent State authority,
learned advocate Mr. PR Joshi appearing for respondent no. 2.
Learned
advocate Mr. Gadhi placed on record two Government Resolutions one is
dated 8/6/2007 and second is dated 25/6/2007. Learned advocate Mr.
Josi also placed on record the letter dated 12/7/2007 from Deputy
Secretary, Finance Department calling the certain details from the
Secretary of Industries and Mines Department in respect to the
petitioner.
However,
learned AGP Ms. Sandhya Natani requests for some time to verify all
this three letters in respect to the case of the petitioner.
Therefore,
considering the request made by learned AGP Ms. Natani matter is
adjourned on 6/9/2007.
