2 16-11-2011 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.
The petitioner is languishing in custody since 08.06.2011 in
a case registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the informant’s motorcycle was stolen
away which was recovered from the Kulharia Complex and from
the place of recovery, the petitioner was apprehended when he
confessed the guilt.
It is orally submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner
that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named
petitioner be released on bail on furnishing the bail bond of Rs.
10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in
connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 125/2011.
