It is the case of the petitioner that in the Admit Card and in the
letter informing the petitioner to appear for counselling, his name
and Roll No. have been wrongly mentioned and, therefore, when
he appeared for counselling on 5th July, 2010, he was not
permitted to participate in it.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents prays
for and is granted two days time to seek instructions.

Place this petition as fresh on 15th July, 2010.
