filed by applicant with a prayer to recall order of this court dated
18.7.2008 wherein First Appeal (Stamp Number) No. 4939 of 2007 is
dismissed as office objection has not been removed in time.
Considering submissions made by learned advocate Ms. Meenaben Vyas
and also considering averments made in this application, order of
this court dated 18.7.2008 wherein First Appeal (Stamp Number) No.
4939 of 2007 is recalled. Said appeal is restored to its original
file with a direction to appellant to remove office objection(s) on
or before 17th July, 2009 failing which appeal shall again
stand for dismissed without reference to this court. This application
is disposed of accordingly.
