ORDER

1. Shri
Nitin Mehta, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant
seeks permission to withdraw the present Official Liquidator Report
with a liberty to submit an appropriate application/report in Company
Application No.298/2008 which came to be disposed of by the learned
Single Judge (Coram: Bankim N. Mehta, J.) vide order dated 26th
June 2008.

2. Permission
is, accordingly, granted. As and when such application / report is
submitted, the Registry is directed to place before the same Bench
after obtaining necessary orders from Hon’ble The Chief Justice.

3. With
this, present Official Liquidator Report is disposed of as withdrawn.
