6. 24.01.2011. By order dated 30.7.2010 the case of

appellants Pulice Rai, Maheshwari Prasad

Singh alias Maheshwari Singh and Lakshman Rai

were referred to Juvenile Justice Board,

Banka for deciding their case of juvenility

since an I.A.No.2632 of 2009 has been filed

in their behalf. The Juvenile Justice Board,

Banka has enquired into the matter and has

decided the juvenility of these appellants by

order dated 21.12.2010. The decision of the

Juvenile Justice Board has been sent to this

court which is at flag-T. According to this

report all three appellants are juvenile.

Let this report be kept on record for

consideration at the time of final hearing of

the appeal.
