This application has been filed with a prayer to dispose of
this writ petition, in terms of the judgment and decree dated 24.12.2008
(A-1), vide which the petitioners were declared owners, in possession of
the property, which is in dispute in this writ petition, and ejectment
orders dated 14.05.2001 (P-12) and 19.04.2002 (P-14) passed by
Collector and Commissioner respectively were also set aside.

It is not in dispute that the above said orders are also under
challenge in this writ petition.
At the time of hearing of this application, counsel for all the
parties agreed that let the writ petition be taken up on Board and
disposed of in terms of the judgment and decree dated 24.12.2008
(A-1), as mentioned above.
Shri Namit Kumar, on getting instructions from Shri
S.K.Goel, Zonal Marketing Enforcement Officer, Haryana State
Agricultural Marketing Board, Panchkula, states that the respondent
No.2 – Market Committee, Palwal has decided not to lay challenge to
the judgment and decree of the Civil Court, mentioned above.
In view of consensus arrived at between the parties, CWP
No.6347 of 2003 is taken up on Board and is ordered to be disposed of
in terms of the judgment and decree dated 24.12.2008 (A-1).
