Prayer
has been made on behalf of the appellant to adjourn the case.
Counsel for the first respondent submits that the present appeal is
against an interlocutory order and the suit is pending before the
Court below since 1994. Only with a view to linger the suit, the
present appeal has been filed.

for the appellant will address the case on the aforesaid issue.
