: The present application filed on 07.3.2009, the office
pointed out defect on 06.03.2009, in spite of that, petitioner has not
removed the defect. It is worth mentioning that 15 days earlier general
notice also published in the daily cause list requesting the learned
counsels for the applicants to remove the defect, in spite of that, the
defect has not been removed.

Under the said circumstance, petitioner is directed to remove
the defects in course of the day, failing which this application shall
stand rejected without further reference to a Bench.
